Tomorrow marks 8 years of helping homeless women and other vulnerable souls in NYC
anniversary fundraiser time!
Tomorrow, October 16, is the 8th anniversary of me starting my current mission. (I’m celebrating on Substack today so I don’t interrupt tomorrow’s Worship Wednesday.)
This past year featured a profoundly sad loss:
But also, many positive moments like this:
I can’t do what I do without your support.
This is a collaborative effort.
Donations have slowed down over the past few months, but I’m not just looking to tread water. I want to raise the bar and be able to do work like this:
… and then grow from there!
So, for starters, it would be huge if anyone can become a Patreon patron. (See links below.) It guarantees a certain amount of money every month. Imagine if a handful of you could commit a $50 or $100 pledge. The impact would be massive.
Also, I know so many of you have been so relentlessly generous and there’s only so much you can spend. But I assume that people as kind as you surely have kind friends and family members.
Can you please share all the links below on a regular basis? By broadening my donor base, you make it possible for Year Nine to be 5 or 10 times bigger than anything I’ve done before.
Every donation helps!
And please “restack” this post…
As we head toward another NYC winter, I am imploring every single one of you to help me keep things going and growing.
