If you mean that the divide and conquer tactic is being used by globalists, I certainly agree they employ it widely. But I'm hesitant to talk about "warfare being waged against the United States" when the "the United States" means something different to everyone.
Your first sentence - Yes that's what I mean. By "against the United States", I mean against the people of the USA and it's Constitution and it's government (not the rotten souls within its government, but the system itself which is, I believe, profoundly holy and good in it's upholding of individual sovereignty and inalienable God given rights. When healthy and strong, the USA is/should be that shining city on a hill that inspires all the peoples of the world to break free of despotism, authoritarianism, totalitarianism, slavery, evil.
