I wonder if the predatory data harvesting in Indiana is driven by greed, or by budgetary necessity. Could be both, of course. If there *is* an element of budgetary necessity, that's seriously bad news. It's a harbinger of further economic catastrophe. Governments are already cannibalising the real economy at an unsustainable level.
If I was a female student, the urinals would be a last straw. I would just use the mens rooms because that would be essentially the same thing, and get kicked out for that.

hahaha we women should pee in the urinals, and then the directors should come and clean up the mess, NOT the cleaning persons! If this comes here, I will not ever go in the stores and other places that have it. No men in the women's room. In Europe most places do not have separate men and women's so there is less of a problem. Only airports, usually.
