LOL. Years back, during the Cold War, or thereabouts, my husband's grandfather built a shelter underground. This was near his home in small-town British Columbia. I was never inside, but I found a newspaper article about it. I wish, for posterity, that I had a copy of the plans.

The bunker life might not work out too well. The people who build them and staff them have no reason to remain loyal, in a genuine catastrophe, and every reason to see how well billionaires function when they're being tortured.
