For quite a few years I had a biographical entry in Wikipedia due to my authorship of a #1 Amazon best-selling book, The World Peace Diet, and doing hunrdeds of lectures every year promoting vegan living, and then, around 2013, in one of my articles, I mentioned vaccinations and that they are not only not vegan but also are known to be harmful. I noticed a few weeks later that I had been "disappeared" from Wikipedia - It's just pure corruption- thank you Mickey for doing such a fine exposé here!
I'm sorry you went through that, Will, and I can't say I'm surprised. I have my own Wiki story: Back in the mid-2000s, I wrote an article for Counterpunch in which I discussed the tenuous (at best) connection between HIV and AIDS. In my case, some bored science- and medicine-loving grad students took the time to create and police a Wikipedia page for me in which they libeled me in multiple ways. It took more than a decade for Wiki to kinda-sorta fix that page but the damage was done. As you said, Will: pure corruption.
