The truth about the Tennessee "drag" bill
Here ^ is a misguided meme making the rounds.

A summary:
“This bill creates an offense for a person who engages in an adult cabaret performance on public property or in a location where the adult cabaret performance could be viewed by a person who is not an adult.”

As for the other part of that meme:
Peaceable, public assembly is protected by the First Amendment whether we agree with the opinions stated or not.
However, if any Nazi or Klansman were to don lingerie, put on clownish and misogynist makeup, and then grind for or with a child, they would be arrested.
Take a long moment and let that sink in very deeply…
I suppose drag are only men dressing as women. What is a woman dressing like a man? oh wait, a banker !
