I "found" him from a SS comment and read his manifesto. I was like; "He wrote this about 40 years ago?!?" I was a teen when he was arrested and knew nothing about his thoughts and motives. And really nothing about life itself for that matter... ;-)

Reading this for the second time, I'm getting a lot more out of it. The big thing is escaping the spectacle. And if you can make that effort, then human connections become more meaningful.
