Thanks.

I'm not sure I'd say "preceded" but they were definitely like-minded contemporaries!

Thanks for this article! There is truly nothing new under the sun! I found a book in an antique shop published in 1795, "The Spirit of Despotism". You would have thought it was written today. Here's one short passage:

"...There is little hope of preventing the corruption of the diurnal papers by any remonstrance addressed to men, who, entrenched by wealth and power, scorn to yield to the summons of reason. There may be more hope in appealing to the readers and encouragers of such papers. Do they wish to be deceived? Is it pleasant to be misled by partial, mutilated, and distorted narratives? Is it manly to become voluntary dupes? Or is it honorable, is it honest to co-operate with any men, for any purposes, in duping others?... Ground hog day!!!

I am embarrassed for humanity (me included) that we keep falling for this obvious manipulation over and over and over. I think the author of that book is correct - most people do actually prefer to be lied to rather than take personal responsibility.

You may have already seen this, but I highly recommend watching it. It is the 1968 "fictional" BBC TV show called, "the News Benders". After seeing that program I see "news" with new eyes. I'm surprised it's still on YouTube...but, I suppose, they enjoy mocking us with the truth through "fiction"! Even if only 10% of that program is based on truth that explains a lot about the behavior of "the elite".

You're welcome and thank YOU, Laura. "Groundhog Day" sums it up well but remember, that story ended well. Let's keep fighting!

Thank you for this article. I recently watched a Corbett report documentary and learned for the first time about much of this but I sincerely appreciate repetition so that I can internalize these things and teach them to my children. Homeschooling for the win. 😊 Appreciate your insight and hard work.

What a spot on analysis. Thanks Mickey. I appreciate how you see big pictures in historical contexts, even as you navigate through massive historical lies. Much of history might be a lie; but it's still vitally important to try and understand it.

Bernays also popularized and normalized the toxic-in-excess mineral flouride, and even managed to get into the USA's public water supply! Horrific. (Thanks for sharing all this with us)!

Thanks, Malika! I listened to a program years ago about dentistry (Alternative Radio?) and the man said that fluoride was the number one cause of worker poison lawsuits in the 1930s. What to do with it? Put it in the water supply! (Remember lead in gasoline? Same idea.)

Our environment is now chock-full of fluorines and bromines, both toxic halides. Dr Guy Abraham (deceased) researched the cause of breast cancer and realized the breasts are full of iodine receptors (about 95% of Americans are iodine-deficient). If you don't have sufficient iodine the receptors then take up fluorine and bromine. He speculated that this may also be the cause of ALL reproductive system cancers in both men and women.

Wild how many "conspiracies" are/were suppressed truths. Flouride products and flouridated water is not what we have been led to believe. Many countries ban flouridated water (or even de-flouridate it)!

Yeah, kind of like questioning vaccines is a looney right-wing conspiracy. Questioning transgender ideology is a Nazi white supremacist conspiracy and anyone who does so should die in a fire after being raped with a chainsaw.

Thanks for this reply, Susan! Flouride is super toxic, in excess, esp. I've even heard certain prison systems use it in their water to keep the incarcerated extra docile. The history of flouride is a crazy weird tale, as you've indicated. Thank you for the iodine info. Very interesting! I started taking two drops a day of Iosol (iodine) the past few months and really like it! Thank you for some info on why it's so helpful!

I highly recommend Lynne Farrow's The Iodine Crisis. I was taking 5 drops a day of Lugol's 2% solution and still getting psoriasis from constant stress. Reread Lynne's book, now taking 16 drops a day, and NO PSORIASIS. She has many personal stories in the book and I had forgotten that people said iodine rid them of their psoriasis. (As well as depression, anxiety, prostate problems, on and on; she calls iodine mankind's oldest medicine as seaweed huts have been found high in the Andes that are very old.)

Thanks Mickey - the influence of Bernays can't be overstated and it is so multiplied now! - and as you say, it goes way, way, back.... Fascinating - Freedom requires truth, and that requires intuition and discerning wisdom, which require inner work.
