I'm proud of my work but, to me, it's clear that it's not reaching enough people or having enough of an input.

P.S. You're the only listener who has ever complained about my mic over the course of 81 episodes.

Thank you, all around. I'm very happy to learn of your perception of my podcast/Substack content. It helps guide me.

And I'm not dismissing your input on the mic but I've listened on several devices and asked others and again, you're the only person to say what you did.

I agree with what you are saying except about Mickey's mic. His mic is very clear and has always been very clear including on his last podcast.

Thank you, Laura...I don't want it to seem like I'm disrespecting Rob's opinion so I appreciate the back-up!

wrcu2, I'm in the same boat. I am slowly distancing myself from all forms of media. For me, the constant barrage of news has become exhausting spiritually and mentally. I have unsubscribed from most of the people I used to follow (except Mickey) just because I needed quiet.

Mickey, you need to follow your heart and speak and write about the topics that move you. Good things can't be forced. Do you want a huge following by promoting gloom and doom?? You produce quality work now and are wonderful to your guests. I understand wanting to have a broader reach in order to have a more sustainable business, but do you want to sacrifice who you truly are for money? I'm in the same boat in the art world. I would love to make a living selling art, but it is difficult because at this point our society values and promotes ugly, nihilistic digital "art". Beauty is poo-pooed. I could simply give in and go along with the tide and produce work that goes against my values in order to make more sales. I will be patient and continue creating art that speaks to my heart. So, there really isn't an easy solution to your problem. Sadly, most people like mindless dog and pony shows and you offer ideas of more substance.

"Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.

2 DO NOT CONFORM TO THE PATTERN OF THIS WORLD, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will." Romans 12

Thank you SO much, Laura! So passionate and compassionate and well said!

Fear not, I will not compromise to gain followers. I will keep evolving as my heart guides me to - just as you do with your art. Just as that magnificent verse you shared implores us. I am so deeply moved by it and by your sharing it with me. ❤

You are so correct; the “choir” is being sung to daily by great minds and voices. What I believe is needed is motivating the choir to truly educate themselves in the United States and their own state Constitutions, arming themselves by being watchdogs of legislation happening at the local and state levels and getting involved and engaged in any way, even small, as in communicating with representatives, running for local positions, hosting prayer and study groups in their neighborhoods, volunteering in schools (again, watchdogs), etc. We are all on the same page but only “sitting in knowledge and agreement” must be converted to actionable effects from our communities to our statehouses. So, though I’m not an expert, I believe we need to use well-established popular platforms the “choir” respects, to initiate calls to action. Otherwise we are simply additional talking heads to apathetic, complacent people who are not engaged in restoring and saving their republic.

Excellent questions, my friend. You've zeroed in on such a crucial point: We see each other as the enemy far more than the Parasite Class.

I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts on the following topics:

1. Given the increasingly fast demolition of our society and infrastructure is it still relevant to talk about or try to understand class consciousness?

2. Is it unethical/dishonest to hide one's own opinion on the gov't-corporate media narrative from one's friends? We hear from various leaders on our side that we should speak up about what's going on, but all of my friends are dem libs and deeply invested in that narrative. I have no doubt they would cancel me if I did speak up. Most of the time the subject is not brought up or, when it is, I can remain silent. But I dread the day when/if one of these friends asks me if I've gotten the jab.

Wow...such incredibly salient questions. I appreciate this, Alice, and will invest some time into finding guests who are qualified to discuss such topic. In the meantime (or perhaps instead), I will ponder my own thoughts and see if there is an article or two I can write. Thanks!

Keep it up - Possibly more more international topics/guests?

Look for solutions / people of inspiration worldwide. Also would love to have you engage with really different people - ie what's happening in China? How is health policy effecting people in India? How are farmers in Paraguay coming up with alternative models that people in the northern west can learn from? Just 2 cents.

We all know what a shipwreck we are on, maybe more focus on how we can rebuild for ourselves with community. Also spiritual conversations as connection to Creator is so important at this time.

Thank you Mickey, for all the hard work you put into your publications ❤️
