What a great guy! We often look back over the last three years in dismay with so many instances of inhuman, often idiotic actions and behaviors. But it’s in times like these that we also see the cream rising to the top when doing the right thing becomes an act of courage and compassion. You’re correct when you say that John’s stardom on the basketball court pales next to his heroism standing up for truth and freedom. Maybe there needs to be a hall of fame for warriors like him.
And just a side note here about the fact that John only made the All NBA first team twice - for much of his career he was playing against two of the greatest guards who ever lived - Magic Johnson and Michael Jordan.

I'm glad he brought up an important point about why we even need "exemptions". We don't! I wish more people would hammer on this. For decades, we have been deceived to believe that we somehow need an "exemption" from a potentially deadly medical procedure in order to work in healthcare or attend school, ect. I fell for the deception, too. Long before COVID, the hospital I worked at interrogated me for an hour about why I refused the flu shot. They unlawfully tried to intimidate employees into compliance. Legislators or businesses can pass any "law" , "mandate" or "policy" they want, but if it is unconstitutional it is automatically null and void. We have been cleverly tricked to believe that we don't have a right to simply refuse. They have normalized needing to fill out forms, discussing private religious beliefs, jumping through hoops to get an "exemption". They normalized allowing a human resources committee to judge the sincerity of someone's religious belief. Huh?? It was also a tell-tale sign that a "religious exemption" was denied if a person brought up any possible side effects in their request. They wanted people to dance around the real reason they didn't want the shot - safety. Exemptions are another clever form of mind control and to make us think we need to ask mommy and daddy permission. Many of the exemption forms people are signing have a clause that state they are putting others at risk. So, by blindly signing these forms people are unwittingly admitting guilt.
I really wish people would have simply just said NO instead of going alone with the exemption nonsense. Vaccines require informed consent so no one needs a "religious exemption" from a medical procedure that a business doesn't have the lawful authority to "require" as a condition of employment. It's by design that legislators are trying to "take away" our right to refuse vaccines simply for philosophical reasons. They DON'T have the lawful authority to "take away" our God-given, unalienable right of body autonomy. The problem is we don't push back. It is such a shame that thousands of people took the poison because they thought "it was the law". People were tricked by the government throwing around the word "mandate". Getting an "exemption" just legitimizes the unlawful, coercive, bullying tactics of the parasites. I understand why people got an exemption as an easy way out of the shot, not realizing it was another trap. Exemptions are a slippery-slope, wishy-washy crutch that the govt will eventually ban "for the greater good". All we need is the word NO.

Oh, one more little rant...The same goes for "medical exemptions". No doctor (who is profiting from vaccines) has the right to deny a medical exemption. Doctors are immune from liability for damages and it is the patient who decides what is best for their health. No one is required to blindly follow "doctor's orders"! Funny, that's actually in the Patient Bill of Rights, yet it somehow magically doesn't apply to vaccines - their sacred cow!
