Welcome to Post-Woke — my Substack blog and podcast of nearly two years. I’m Mickey Z. and I usually post at least once a day on a very wide range of topics.

In my writing, you’ll get posts about pandemic politics, fitness, faith & spirituality, “activism,” propaganda, nature, war & peace, art, sports, The Great Reset, history, film, “gender ideology,” and so much more — along with my own photos, poetry, and memoir-style stories.

I am part of no political party, no echo chamber, and no “movement.” I’m an ideological free agent and thus, it is especially appreciated when you share my posts to help me reach the wider, diverse audience I desire and deserve.
