I’m not suggesting anyone slide into perfectionism. But here’s an interesting thought experiment: The next time you meet someone you might date or with whom you may start a friendship, business partnership, or anything like that, replace the words “love” and “it” in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 with that person’s name.
