the current system is not unlike a casino.

I’ve shared this salient quote for decades but, for the record, “salary” could be more accurately replaced with “pride.”
which side are you on?
which side are you on?
How is this better “science” than The Science™?
The “medical freedom movement” continues to embarrass itself. Be wary of so-called “experts” and “journalists” claiming to be “truth warriors.”
In 2025, I envision a mass movement of deep inner work that leads to widespread, positive, sustainable change.

Canada recently had a case of corporate price-fixing...on bread! Charming.
Covid was egregious. It astounds me that any sentient being can still trust the powers that (shouldn't) be.
Happy 2025, Mickey! Your memes never miss, and today’s was no exception. My favorite is the one that says, “Everyone thinks of changing the world, not themselves.” It’s so true—if each of us worked on changing ourselves, the world would naturally transform.
Years ago, a mentor asked me what I wanted out of life. Without hesitation, I said, “I want to change the world.” He looked at me and said, “Start by looking in the mirror.” It was humbling and stayed with me.
True transformation is a journey—it takes courage and hard work to peel back the layers of ego, pride, hurt, anger, and grief. Honestly, it’s often easier to pop a pill or distract ourselves than to do the deep inner work. But when we do, something incredible happens: as we change the lens through which we see ourselves, the lens through which we see the world shifts too. And that’s where real change begins. 🦋🦋
It’s probably why, as I learned more about the pharmaceutical industry after my husband died of Zoloft induced suicide and simultaneously walked through my own grief journey—I saw how deeply the “system” is set up for quick-fix solutions. We’re conditioned to look for external answers to internal pain, to silence symptoms instead of addressing the root causes. But true healing doesn’t come in a bottle; it comes from doing the hard work of looking within.
