Kinda disturbing that the prison is the best looking building in the picture. I remember the elementary and pre-school constructed when I was in middle school - it looked like a group of mushrooms, with windows on 3 sides, in a lovely green yard. The American schools I have seen so far are not very appealing. I went in a 200+ year old school - the elementary was quite like the one in your pic built in the 40s and very straight-on. May be they should let kids draw what they would like their schools to look like! Glad I spent very few years of my life in offices.
