Years ago a friend's brother who was an artist said that animation had basically gone down the toilet. They've been using computer-generated crap for years and it shows.
thanks Susan...upon some reflection, the composition is like a lead brick, no space in the middle or in 'holes', like bad nighmares. Some characters do not have arms, missing or stumps. Eyes and noses out of place. Lack of focal point. Copy paste perhaps as well. Lame. My mind travels instead to the Dutch master painters, and many others across time.
When I look at such stuff, I just see ugliness then I turn my head and look out the window at the naked trees. There is so much ugliness everywhere in the human-created world, I don't know how people stand it. Which reminds me of my partner's workmate who emigrated to NYC from Romania; she could not believe how filthy and ugly NYC was (what do you expect when real estate developers run the city?). Then there's J.J. Hunsecker from "Sweet Smell of Success": I love this dirty city!
For years I copied the shapes of cartoon characters with tracing paper and learned to draw them this way. Then I got in front of an actual art model, years later, and my education really began. One comment I heard about all the Disney characters is how they, like the cars we make, took on an ever inflated look, 'big butts' and 'poofy chests' and such, in the last decades. I know what you mean by looking out the window instead, or just watching some sparrows and robins. Reality matters yeah. best
Upon searching, I dont think I can watch any Disney. Access is only half the reason. I appreciate the movie may be good but boycotts are boycotts for me.
I even tell someone in the parking lot that I like their hub caps….and they are pretty surprised. ;-). I do marvel at designs that can differ so much, even within a circle.
Yes, my emotional and visual survival in spite of all this ugliness is spending time at Barnes and Noble, travel magazines and art books, to lift me out of here for another day or two.
And I stand at the huge TVs at the Costco entrance, enjoying the nature shots, waterfalls and wild animals in brilliant colors.
But what could we do, without sharing like this, to feel connected and encouraged in the fight~~which we must win. We would never otherwise meet to see each other’s strength and take some for ourselves
What a lovely comment! I wish you could see what I see when I look out of ONE of the SEVENTEEN windows on the ground floor of my house (not a big house, just a lot of windows due to a major renovation in the 1870s when window glass was much cheaper).
You summed up about the only reason I go online and that's having conversations with other people who are alive and thinking. I do like to keep up with genuine news and I don't know how I could do it without the internet.
This kind of deeply shitty marketing insults the intelligence of its targets. I feel badly for anyone who is still suckered by it. They run some appalling risks.
I do watch TV -- I'm often too tired to do much else and prefer DVDs -- and I see through it immediately. It depends upon the development of critical thinking and not being raised by a television set like my partner was!
Monitoring some of the under radar players who are operating under radar, masquerading as benevolent philanthropists on a local level in the Northeast (constructing the digital prison) and their moves on the chess board have me thinking we are moving out of the COVID chronicles and about to enter a new phase of the business plan.
Interestingly, by my estimations (as best I can tell) in my state the plans were initiated in earnest around 2010....relative to remaking education, ramping up biotech, converting and pushing green in the energy sector.
I suspect the architects of the NWO know they only have so much time and life left in the COVID narrative.
The next phase may be multi dimensional (series of small crisis to disrupt) or a major crisis/unraveling to seal the deal.
Your thoughts on what you are seeing? I see a push to build aggregate data collection points/systems. That would be expected to proceed the overhaul of the financial system via CBDC.
Not sure how much time we have before they commit fully to taking that step publicly. I also see a push to build and solidify business interests globally, but particularly with a footprint in Asia and India (again, think concentrating the assets via ways, means, and systems for integrating data globally). This is based on what the oligarch of my state appears to be up to.
No question in my mind that it is all about biotech and an emphasis on pharma .
Pfizer is holding a second annual symposium in my state relative to AI and clinical drug development. Have to wonder about all the neuroscience they are exploring in the biotech space these days.
After all, Ray Kurtzweil, who has notoriety and fame in the biotech space predicted that by the 2030’s we would be well on our way to the brain/computer merge interface.
Remember, he is not operating or predicting in a vacuum.
He likely would be privy to the “business plans” for the NWO that the likes of Hates have been formulating in board rooms during strategic planning. It’s what they do...5, 10, 20 year plan. Then work the plan.
I saw a preview for this nonsense in a movie theatre. (I think it was the same movie but hard to tell.) Thanks for calling it to our attention. The line that caught my attention during the preview was, "The universe still needs guardians." As does the imperium, I guess.
Hellish. And badly drawn, I guess the jabs
do nothing for ones sense of proportion.
It looks kinda like AI drew it actually.

Did you by any chance see "Soul"? If so, what did you think?
no, will see if I can find it. thanks S

"malevolent manipulation" ™
Do I owe you royalties?
No this is a Republic. We did away with the Monarchy.
We did?
Well maybe for a NY minute.
LOL

Right? And as long as some are still suckered, the rest of us are constantly putting out fires.
Having not watched TV or listened to radio in years now, when I DO hear it, I cannot believe that people do not see through it. Insulting, definitely!

I agree. Stay alert.

Gumby was my hero with his trusty pal Pokey.
Damn. I'm a bit of a comics fan, but yeah, Marvel and DC are whores and propaganda outlets and have been for a long time.
But the memes suggest themselves: "Captain America died of an unexpected heart attack while fighting Red Skull. Professor X is baffled."
😂
I heard that the pfizer shot gives you the power of myocarditis!
Moderna has another super power, bells palsy.
Sometimes when you take one you get both super effects.
That's when you become an avenger and Stark industries will use you to defeat evil!
The reality is that it's more like the show "The Boys" haha
Sign up for your compound V at your nearest pharmacy or crack den.

Well-said.
I still hear the commercials pushing for the boosters even though the drug companies themselves admitted they don't work.
Same.
No words. I weep for humanity.
