Irelands KT Taylor rocks my world. Bad mamma jamma has always had to spar with men. She put womens boxing in the olmpics. Interesting and textural life story. Shes comin home to fight in a few wks. Her first fight in Ireland since she turned pro. I always get nervous before hand. Legend. A more humble and gracious person you'll never meet.
All of my kids did Kenpo Karate and we loved it! Sifu Jim Dean runs a wonderful School in the town I live in. Best Self Defense, I even learned a little. The kids don’t do classes there anymore, but we are still considered part of the family. ❤️
Really wonderful illustration of David and Goliath ! Best I’ve seen to show how huge the enemy must have appeared to the Israelites. ~~~And yes midnight discouragements and tears must be fought and overcome with hope and trust even though they appear too big now for a victory. Amen and amen

That's wonderful! ❤️ As a longtime martial artist, I know it can be tricky to find a school that truly feels like home.
