At the hairdresser's I saw this morning show he has on, kelly and ryan I think, where everyone except themselves and their guests must wear masks in the studio. What hypocrisy is that. As if they are not infected but all the public is. Why do people go there? it is obvious that this is just a masquerade and nothing about health.
Funny though about the cigarettes. I am amazed of how they were a common thing 50 years ago, and now you hardly see anyone with one anymore. I am glad they banned it from restaurants tho. I am allergic to the smoke and had a hard time sittting there eating surrounded by it, coughing.
I pointed out to someone I knew that people who weren't addicted just stopped smoking, but the addicts such as his mother couldn't stop. I was once in a doctor's office and told the nurse that I was thinking of taking up smoking as I had tried everything else to improve my health. It took her a couple of minutes to get it!
Bernie's schtick is getting tired. His performative health-hysterics need some freshening. He should add a pair of goggles, a face shield over the mask and goggles, and nitrile gloves. That'd make his costume much better.
Air-brushing the cigarettes out of the posters looks like an idiotic make-work project, with a generous helping of free-floating, weaponized sanctimony. The pettiness and uselessness of this sends its own message.
These people must sit around and be like, how can we act like insufferable, authoritarian pricks? I know, let's sanitize everything and manipulate people into being stupid! Here, consume this, stupid people!

And as to my hair, had my head in the sink just now for washing same amd while there, it occurred to me that, creative and irreverent as we are proving to be, why not take out our wrath by suggesting more alternate names for the government alphabets, FBI, DHS, CIA, FDA….no crudes or lewds, please And eventually, resulting in more tshirts and flags incentives at street protests….amen and amen
I don't like the cigarettes being removed. Many people who smoked did not inhale or inhaled very little. Is the world really a better place without cocktail lounges and cigarettes? Sorry, I'm with Eddie Mueller: It is NOT. In addition, actors loved cigarettes because it gave them something to do with their hands while performing.

Speaking of Fallen Angel[s], one of my favorite movies is Fallen Angel with the superb Linda Darnell. Can't remember much about any smoking, but there's nothing under the sun like a hard-boiled femme fatal. (Darnell worked at the studio canteen to prepare for the role, and learned that pros pour coffee out the SIDE of the pot.)
