You're welcome. A good writer can point out something that you never considered an issue and provoke some serious introspection. Maybe it was walking down the street and having young women veer around me like I had a disease. Perhaps it was the realization that men objectify women more than ever in our fallen society. Now you have me pondering solutions beyond merely refusing to "play the game."
Your memes brought a smile to my face mostly. Another humorous picture I saw in the news was "Queers for Palestine."
Thank you again, Sim. I'm thrilled that the essay has inspired you and I trust you will find ways to lead by example! Let us know what solutions you conjure up.
And yes, I saw a brutal meme on that same topic but opted to not include it. The irony is tragic.
I will do so! Some will necessarily be of a social nature: pornography is not protected speech and can be banned; harsh and enforced penalties for all crimes of violence; a return of modesty to both men and women; making home ownership affordable for couples; ending divorce rape (been there, done that); on and on. I could provide a ton of cures for the current crises. Translating that into something actually achievable is another story.
You're spot on in saying the irony is tragic. Ignorance is bliss. My stepson is caught in the Leftist box-checking system of victimhood. She told me that the Israelis deserved it for their actions. Who deserved what? These were everyday normal people. Now everyday normal Palestinians get to feel the retaliation while Hamas hides in their holes.
Another excellent collection to contemplate on this Sunday morning. Awareness to the little miracles that surround us in our daily lives is especially meaningful.
Memes on Sunday always center me a little bit.
Let’s pray for everyone whose country is fighting a war that the people didn’t ask for. (That would be all of them)
Amen, my friend. 🙏 And thank you for your ongoing readership and support.
Mickey, thanks for a meme presentation that actually had some substance to it. Your column from the other day is still rattling around in my head.
Thank YOU, Sim! 🙏

Happy BD ! Wouldn't you want a shaman around the corner? He would do a lot better than all priests and doctors of this town together!
Thank you...and YES! 🙏
Pronoia! Miracles! We ARE the times! Embody it. Encourage others. --Yes to this!!

Thank you, as always, Claire! And here's to recognizing the miracles happening all around us. 🙂 🙏
Happy anniversary Mickey.
Thank you, Allyn, for so many years of such generous support...including the donation you just made to my homeless women project. You're the best! 💕
Keep doing what you do my friend. I'm honored to help.
