I found the wonderful Neil Sutherland book “San Francisco from the Air “ in the sale shelves at our library, for $3 I think, recently. It’s so much fun looking at the pictures of houses, streets, sections of the city and imagining a life down there. But I wouldn’t live above second or third floor, would rather meet the firefighter my way. ~~~Coit Tower, Ferry Building, and skyscrapers…..you are indeed blessed, for as long as you can work it for you. Printed in Spain, dontcha know?!

A friend & I saw SOUND OF FREEDOM in the theater yesterday. It was remarkable, stunning, horrific & offered many moments of silence for the viewers to create meaning in their own minds. Extremely effective & very well-produced, this film exuded strength, hope & integrity. I hope lots of people see it.🤍 About the theater experience, as I mentioned in a reply to Sharon:
SOUND OF FREEDOM was deeply moving. Our theater was very full (11 am matinee, 7/3), and everyone stayed for the credits & announcement. There was an energy in the room like we were at a church service, folks silently acknowledging one another, like we were there for a shared purpose. And we all clapped after James C’s direct-to-camera share at the end.❤️
I second this message! Just got home from the theater and I'm so emotional about what I just saw. This movie is a must-see -- partly because it tells these children's stories, partly because it makes you feel empowered to DO something, and partly because it leaves you feeling like something CAN be done!

I don't know about that. I took my 16 year old son today to the film and he really like it. Maybe's he's unusual but in any case it IS a must watch. See it!
