"Did you vote?"
Translation: Did you publicly virtue signal to impress [sic] your echo chamber?
On Election Day, I was asked by friends and strangers alike: Did you vote?
That said, once the polling booths closed, I could be 100 percent certain I’d not be asked another politically motivated question by such people for another four years.
The election is over. That means we won’t need democracy [sic] again until 2028.
On November 5, 2024, however, no one — I repeat, no one — inquired as to whether I fed the poor, comforted the vulnerable, or just held the door open for someone with packages in their hands.
No one asked me if I fact-checked content (including memes) — especially when I agreed with the information — before I shared it.
No one asked me if I actively sought out reminders that positive experiences and events far outnumber and outweigh all the online gloom and doom.
No one asked me if I interacted joyfully with others even though they may have disagreed with some of my firmly held beliefs.
No one asked me if I did essential inner work to sanctify myself that day.
No one asked me if I had a single original thought on November 5, 2024.
Indeed, I walked around my neighborhood secure in the knowledge that I would not be interrogated about my ongoing efforts to encourage others to live a life of purpose.
Did anyone ask me if I believed in miracles and was thus doing my part to create such miracles?
Of course not… all I heard on November 5 was “Did you vote?”
This three-word query, of course, really means: “Did you publicly virtue signal to impress [sic] your echo chamber?”
“Did you vote?” is shorthand for:
“Did you obediently wait in line at a predetermined time and place to choose from two permitted options to present the illusion that you’re a sovereign, informed spirit who allocates time and effort in the name of shifting human culture toward justice, discernment, radical honesty, and love?”
P.S. This diabolical deception can end right here, right now.
Whatever you did or didn’t do on Tuesday, you can today begin to genuinely free yourself from the manipulations of The Powers That Shouldn’t Be™.
You can vote to stay trapped in a sinister simulation or you can embrace your status as a divine masterpiece and behave accordingly.
The world awaits your decision…
From two years ago…

Oh I love this. Thank you!
Love the article. These are the things we can do for the "greater good". I hate that term because it has been hijacked to intimidate conformity. Helping others in need is the real greater good!
