that says it all. Just one remark - the people we elect are not always (or should I say, hardly ever) those that come to power. Has anyone elected Kissinger? I don't think so. Just read a few articles of all the innocent people that got killed under his hands... how can we prevent a government to use tax money for killing? (foreign innocent people, but also homeland innocent people)
"Government" is a human construct that we're relentlessly programmed to obey and even worship. I wonder how things would be if most citizens refused to pay taxes or most soldiers refused fight in wars or most cops refused to enforce corrupt laws or (for that matter) most medical professionals refused to dole out poisons. We each have so much intrinsic power but we're conditioned to see ourselves as weaklings.
