“Prayer is something supernatural.” (St. Therese of Lisieux)
Worship Wednesday #5 (with a Bible lesson at the end)
Worship Wednesday attendance/participation last week was lower than usual. Perhaps it was due to the holiday weekend. But, just in case, I’ll keep the intro brief from now on.
To simplify: Your prayer requests and praise reports are 1000% welcome! Who and what are you praying for? Which prayers of yours have been answered?
To access prior Worship Wednesdays, please click here, here, here, and here.
This week, I’ll ask you to continue praying for everyone who commented and/or was mentioned in all the previous Worship Wednesdays.
Also, please keep Tony in mind. He’s a disabled man in my neighborhood who I sometimes help out. He lives with a family member now but is very close to having his own place this summer. When I last saw him, Tony confessed that due to housing delays, he had fallen off the wagon. He’s a praying man and could use our help to rebuke such mental bondage and reclaim his spiritual liberation.
Thank you for dedicating time and energy to creating a better, more positive, and accepting world.
You are not alone and I look forward to praying for and with you.
May the rest of your life be the best of your life…
P.S. Did you know that in Psalm 22, David foresees the crucifixion of Jesus? He even opens the prayer with:
“My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”

Praying for Tony.
And for Sonja.
And for all those touched by Mickey Z's ministry.
And for Mickey; that he has the faith and fortitude to carry-on.

I am not a "believer," & have not been one for a great many years. But I do still pray! I agree, it is something "supernatural." And I love that quote from Saint Augustine up top. Sure works for me!
