Easier said than done, of course! I think very few humans (and even quite some animals) live without fear. One has to be young and full of vigor to live unafraid. But we can all do our best, say a little prayer - and face whatever danger or sorrow we may have. With several good friends facing sickness and death, we do not even have to look into the deteriorating way for the world. Thankfully rays of hope - my sweet dog is almost healed. My almost 96 year old friend is back on track. The man who just suddenly lost his wife, is departing to go visit his brother on the other end of the country. Yesterday was the first day without rain for at least 2 weeks.
We step into this reality one step at a time, and do not let depression rule our days, no matter how bad things look, there is a little step-up somewhere that gets us out of the dark.
Thank you, Ingrid, for the updates. Please give Tippi a hug from me. And thank you for sharing your thoughts. I hear you, and only differ on this point: "One has to be young and full of vigor to live unafraid."

Thank you, Mickey. I will be sending the "Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life?" to our son Gabriel. 🙏
Thank YOU, my friend. I pray this brings him rest to his soul. 🙏
Gabriel is such a powerful name. Every time I hear it, I think of: "I am Gabriel! I stand in the very presence of God."
Thank you Mickey! This is the one thing I needed to hear today. Powerful words 🙏
Thank YOU, my friend, for letting us know. It's always great to hear from you. 🙏
You and my therapist have been talking, LOL
🤣
Maybe the Holy Spirit has been talking to both of us! 🕊️
