As much as I disliked that woman, I find it ridiculous that your personal life is ripe for your job to use against you.
The laws love to stroke the shaft of companies over people.
Typical “two sides” of a story. This clears it up and shows how simple things can go sour. If the lady just said “thanks for the reminder” and curbed the dog we would have a nothing burger. Too bad race came into play, regardless of a person’s leanings.
And yes the system came down really hard on the lady. Career criminals often get better treatment. So sad we live in such a divided society. Meanwhile, I am lucky to live a in mixed area and from my perspective, it is very good. I can only pray this could be spread.
