“The greatest challenge of the day is how to bring about a revolution of the heart, a revolution which has to start with each one of us.” (Dorothy Day)
Considering the state of things, it’s no surprise that so many folks — so many of you — feel angry and demoralized. These emotions manifest in many ways but are writ large in comments sections, well… everywhere.
So, now what?
From my own experience, I’d suggest we each need a strong sense of mission to stay focused, active, and encouraged for the battles ahead.
When I look back over the arc of my long life, I can easily discern many watershed moments in which I discovered and embraced a new purpose. This sense of mission gives us a reason to get out of bed in the morning. Without it, we are susceptible to division, paranoia, and surrender.
So, let’s begin with the full acceptance of our interdependence:
Keep these profound connections in the forefront of your mind as you determine your purpose and choose your mission. I’m not necessarily talking about something like ending the World Economic Forum — although that would be a noble intention.
I see it as behaving like a triage nurse. Recognize what skills and resources you have to offer. Identify those who are within your reach and can benefit from these skills and resources.
Take your time with this process and make sure your mission involves doing something that lights you up.
If so, you’ll wake up each day ready to work. You’ll lay down each night secure in the knowledge that you’re on the right track — guided by love.
“Love seems to be something that keeps filling up within us. The more we give away, the more we have to give.” (Fred Rogers)
Such efforts add up and eventually have the power to do things like, yes, end the World Economic Forum. If, of course, we are willing to connect with those we may now see as unreachable:
In the meantime, let’s sing together:
Let’s laugh together:
Let’s stand up to oppressors together:
In the meantime, let’s keep our guard up…
Hoping laughter is more contagious than fear...laughter seems to spread a bit faster, but really, that vid also alluded to how very contagious the fear has been, or whatever the opposite of laughter is. This indeed is a marathon, but please don't run if your jabbed, get a d-dimer test from LifeExtensions.com for 80 bucks, no doctor involved. Eat chelating foods and stay away from 5G if you can. Working on getting a hand held meter, saving the shekels, about $250. We are being microwaved esp. in the cities.
Be wise as a serpent
