Jennifer Depew is a Registered Dietitian with public health experience in the area of prenatal and early childhood nutrition. More recently, she has been researching and writing independently as a blogger about preventive health and self-care strategies for preventing or improving autoimmune and neurological conditions such as autism spectrum disorder and Alzheimer’s dementia.
