When you identify with an ideology, you run a very high risk of settling for conformity instead of maintaining sovereignty.
BLM or Medical Freedom. Critical Race Theory or Truth Warrior. Climate change or climate scam. The list goes on and on…
All across the spectrum, the echo chambers beckon — and can be extremely tricky to resist.
If you don’t keep your guard up, the hive mind gurus of all varieties will dazzle you with flowery, promise-filled verbiage and leave you feeling too confused to withstand them and too guilty to walk away.
The last thing a self-appointed “leader” in any realm wants is for their followers to activate their inventiveness, their curiosity, their individuality, and the full range of their innate compassion.
Reject anyone — from “woke” to “awake” — who aims to police your thoughts, control your language, regulate your opinions, and stifle your development.
Keep some room in your heart for the unimaginable.
We should never be a finished product. Be a verb instead of a noun.

Confirmation biases in so-called non mainstream group think are the opposite of grasping people's needs. People's need are varied, by contrast group think of whatever id politics flavor is pure PR to misdirect any movement to become an establishment tool versus the counter culture 'idea' they claim to represent.
Good points, Mickey. In today's tiimes, I would advise folks to look at all of their inputs with a fair degree of skepticism. Research and make your own decisions, form your own opinions, and take your own actions. And, sometimes lost in our modern world, trust your gut. If it feels wrong or false, it just may be.....
