At a Freedom Rally in NYC!

The founders put “freedom of speech” in the First Amendment because the rest of the Bill of Rights relies on it. Pretty much everything relies on it. But take a look around. Doctors, scientists, and medical professionals are being silenced for not marching in lockstep with the narrative. The same goes for any media figures bold enough to give them a platform. What is happening from coast to coast is a Constitutional violation — with zero science to support it.
Congress shall make no law prohibiting the free exercise of religion. For most of 2020 and beyond, how many of you could peaceably assemble in the church, temple, mosque, or ashram of your choice? This is another violation of the Bill of Rights — with zero science to support it.
The fourth amendment defends the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures. How can anyone defend mandates and digital tracing with this foundation in mind? What would the founders say about the destruction of privacy when virtually everyone is forced to reveal their personal medical history in order to just participate in society? This is another violation of the Bill of Rights — with zero science to support it.
The eighth amendment protects us from cruel and unusual punishment. I challenge you to answer these questions:
Is it cruel and unusual to deprive elderly people of the ability to spend time with their loved ones? Is it cruel and unusual to drive millions of small businesses into bankruptcy? Is it cruel and unusual to keep the faithful out of churches, temples, mosques, ashrams, or any religious or spiritual venue of their choice? Is it cruel and unusual to hold back effective medical treatments in order for Big Pharma to profit off dangerous therapies? Is it cruel and unusual to segregate society based on personal medical choices? Is it cruel and unusual to construct a false and deadly pandemic narrative on the faulty foundation of a flawed diagnostic test? Is it cruel and unusual to turn friends, families, co-workers, and neighbors against each other? Is it cruel and unusual to instill a fear matrix into the hearts and souls of as many Americans as possible? Is it beyond cruel and unusual to force children to isolate and wear masks, to force those same children to become laboratory rats for an experimental genetic injection?
And hire back all those unconstitutionally fired or forced to leave!
There is not a single peer-reviewed, randomized controlled trial that shows a mask to prevent the transmission of a virus. There is plenty of evidence that depriving children of the ability to see faces and show their faces is a recipe for disaster.
